Medical Techonologist

Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton, OR-WA

Job Descriptions:
A.Laboratory
Primary responsibility is to perform tests on body fluids to provide information for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Prime in specimen handling and accession cases.
Proven to organize work to insure that priority test is efficiently performed.
Assure adequate inventory of all supplies and reagents
Process cultures in microbiology, gram stains, urinalysis and various manual tests.
Familiarity with protocol and procedures related to assigned sections.
Maintain a clean and safe environment.

B.Phelbotomy
Perform both inpatient and outpatient, pre-op and post-op blood draw.
Recognize skill in serving hard to draw patients.
