Male Black Lab Puppy Wanted

I just lost my 10 week old lab puppy to parvo. I just had him three days. It was hard even though I only had him three days, he was my first puppy. I am now looking for a male black lab pup with a little bit of white on his chest, toes, or chin. I know that most labs run from $200 and up but I cant afford one at that price anymore. I need something less expensive. If anyone can help me let me know.

Also I want to know if the mother has had all her shots.
